Package Fine Print & Details
• Wedding Coordination includes 8–10 hours of on-site coordination with a dedicated wedding coordinator. This service includes creating your wedding day timeline, vendor check-in, and a vendor confirmation email sent two weeks prior to your event. We schedule a Zoom meeting approximately 8–12 months out to review your three floor plan options and begin discussing your timeline. A final Zoom or phone call will also be scheduled about 3–4 weeks prior to your wedding to go over all final details. Please note: setup and cleanup services are included in the Signature Package, but not in the Select Package. Décor rentals are available separately.
• Ceremony Rehearsal Management is included in all packages but must be scheduled at least 60 days in advance. Rehearsals are typically held the day before your wedding.
• Decor Setup & Cleanup includes setup and teardown of client-provided décor as well as any items rented through our décor catalog. All personal décor must be taken home by the client no later than Sunday at 10:00 AM. Our team will pack and stage all items at the end of the event for easy pickup.
• DJ Services include pre-ceremony music, ceremony music with sound system setup, and a lapel mic for the officiant (provided for all ceremonies, indoor or outdoor). Reception services include up to 5 hours of music, emcee coverage, wireless handheld mics for toasts and speeches, and fun dance floor lighting.
• Cold Sparks (if selected) are a safe, no-flame sparkler effect that adds a show-stopping moment to your celebration. You may use them twice during your event—for your grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, or grand exit.
• Uplighting (if selected in place of cold sparks in the Signature Package) includes 6 to 12 uplights set up by the DJ. These lights provide a warm ambient glow and can switch to party mode for the open dance floor to elevate the vibe and energy.
• Bartending Services (included in the Sips & Shuttles Package) are for client-supplied alcohol only. Our certified and insured bartenders will serve beer, wine, and seltzers, and provide all necessary supplies for service. While the venue includes a built-in bar, we also provide bar décor and a customized bar menu display. Upgrade options are available for signature cocktails, mocktails, and beverage stations such as coffee or hydration setups. An alcohol shopping list will be provided 30 days before your wedding to assist with planning.
• Getting Ready Suite Beverage Service includes a stocked drink station (mimosa bar, coffee, or energy drinks), garnishes, signage, and disposable glassware.
• Shuttle Service includes two trips to the venue before and two trips after the event. Each shuttle holds up to 24 guests per trip and services Marysville-area hotels.
• Select Package Linens include full coverage of guest tables, as well as linens for the cake table, welcome table, guest book table, and any additional tables as needed. Couples may select their preferred color from our rental partner options. Limit 40 linens.
• Sparkler Exit (included in the Select Package) includes provided sparklers for a planned exit within your event timeline. Coordination and distribution are handled by our team.
• All packages are subject to written confirmation and availability. Add-ons may be purchased separately, including items such as Photo Booths, décor rentals, lighting upgrades, and more.
