You will receive full access to our venue that will hold up to 350 people. We include the climate controlled venue with ceremony site, patios, wedding suites, restrooms, bar area, kitchen prep area, arches, tables/chairs with set up included. We also provide access to our favorite vendors and include a venue manager onsite for your wedding day!
$1000 non-refundable reservation fee to hold your date due at time of signing. Nine (9) months before your event half (1/2) your rental fee will be due. These deposits will be applied to your rental fee and are non-refundable. Remaining balance must be paid thirty (30) days before wedding day.
On top of rental price we also require a $500 Damage Deposit thirty (30) days prior to wedding, it is potentially fully refundable within 7 days.
Special Event Insurance Policy must be purchased for rental. For around $200 you can receive $1,000,0000 of liability coverage.
Any food caterer or bartender may be used for rental, must have license/certification & insurance.
Your rental gets you access to the venue from noon on Friday until 10am on Sunday morning.
