$1000 non-refundable reservation fee to hold your date due at time of signing. Nine (9) months before your event half (1/2) your rental fee will be due. These deposits will be applied to your rental fee and are non-refundable. Remaining balance must be paid thirty (30) days before wedding day.
On top of rental price we also require a $500 Damage Deposit thirty (30) days prior to wedding, it is potentially fully refundable within 7 days.
Special Event Insurance Policy must be purchased for rental. For around $200 you can receive $1,000,0000 of liability coverage.
Any food caterer or bartender may be used for rental, must have license/certification & insurance.
One Wedding Per Weekend!
Your rental gets you access to the venue from noon on Friday until 10am on Sunday morning.
Pricing
January-May: $5,500 per weekend.
June-October: $7,000 per weekend.
November-December: $5,500 per weekend.
