At this time we will only be offering one wedding per weekend. This gives our couples the whole weekend at The Grange Hall.
Couples get access to the property Friday at 12pm and have to be moved out of the venue by Sunday at 12pm.
$500 non-refundable reservation fee to hold your date due at time of signing. This deposit will be applied to your rental fee. Remaining balance must be paid 30 days before wedding day.
On top of rental price we also require a $500 Damage Deposit 30 days prior to wedding, it is potentially fully refundable within 7 days.
Special Event Insurance Policy must be purchased for rental. For around $200 you can receive $1,000,0000 of liability coverage.
Any food caterer or bartender may be used for rental, must have license/certification & insurance.
